Peter Aleogena has 23 years of extensive experience in architectural design, project management, construction, renovation, and real estate development.
He has consulted on and managed construction projects for Abuja Technology Village, the Women Development Center Abuja, the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Family Worship Centre Abuja, and the 100,000-capacity International Conference Centre for Dunamis International Gospel Centre Abuja — one of the largest roofed auditoriums in the world, to name a few.

Over the years, he has developed a strong interest in sustainable development and energy-efficient buildings, which form the core of his overall development strategy. He has attended numerous national and international conferences and seminars on smart and sustainable development.
In addition to his work in construction and development, Peter is actively involved in real estate marketing and sales, with five years of experience in the luxury real estate sector. His company has successfully helped both individuals and corporations achieve their marketing and sales goals in Abuja and Lagos.

Among the various companies he manages, Peter Aleogena is the Chief Executive Officer of Habitat Media Limited, a real estate marketing agency, and the publisher of Habitat Magazine Nigeria.
